David comes to Catholic charities with over 40 years of experience providing behavioral health and psychotherapy services. He began his career at the Mayo Clinic Rochester where he spent 15 years working In the Department of Psychiatry, before broadening his experiences with work at the Hennepin county Mental Health Center, the Memorial Medical Center in Ashland WI. and the Gundersen Health System in Lacrosse. He served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Northland College in Ashland WI. He has a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s university in Collegeville MN, a master’s degree in social work from the university of Wisconsin Madison and postgraduate training in group psychotherapy at Mayo. David works with people age 16 and older, including couples. He has experience in dealing with depression, anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, marital concerns and conflict resolution, as well as other mental health issues. He also enjoys teaching training and public speaking.

Dr. Annette Krutsch comes to Catholic Charities after 10 years of providing outpatient assessment and counseling services through Olmsted Medical Center, Rochester, Minnesota, and has been an adjunct instructor in Psychology at Winona State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Detroit, Michigan and her Doctorate in Psychology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Dr. Krutsch offers therapeutic counseling services to individuals and families of all faiths with a wide range of concerns including mood, anxiety, and behavioral problems, difficulty adjusting to life circumstances, stress, marital, and family issues.

Dr. Mary Larscheid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has over 30 years of social work experience. The majority of her work has been with children and adolescents in the mental health field. She has worked at inpatient, outpatient, and in-home programs. Additionally, she has coordinated treatment groups for men and youth involved with domestic violence and assault. Dr. Larscheid has worked as a school social worker for over 20 years and provides clinical supervision. She is a contributing faculty member for Walden University working with Master’s and Doctoral social work students. Dr. Larscheid received her Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College, Sioux Falls SD, Masters in Social Work from the University of Nebraska/Omaha NE and her Ph.D. through Capella University Minneapolis MN. Her area of expertise is the emotional and behavioral health of children, adolescents and young adults. Dr. Larscheid offers therapeutic counseling services to individuals and families through cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma, substance abuse and play therapy.
