Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota has an immediate opening in its Winona office for a part-time (20 hrs/week) Support Service Specialist in its Guardian/Conservator Program. Administrative duties include filing, correspondence, opening and maintaining files, updating our database, and completing monthly financial forms on behalf of clients. This position will also be responsible for running periodic errands on behalf of the program and its clients.

We are looking for a person who is a self-starter, shows initiative, has sharp administrative skills and works well on a team. The successful candidate must also be organized and able to multi-task, pay strong attention to detail, and meet deadlines.  Proficiency at Windows Office Products including Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.  Excellent oral and written communication is required.  Some accounting experience is preferred.

A minimum of a High School Diploma with two years clerical experience required.  The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to interact successfully with people with mental and physical disabilities.
