Will my insurance cover the cost of counseling?
Most insurance plans cover Catholic Charities counseling services. In addition, many Employee Assistance Programs make Catholic Charities counseling services available to their employees.
What if I don’t have insurance coverage for counseling?
For those people who don’t have insurance, or whose insurance won’t cover counseling, a sliding scale fee is available. The sliding scale is based on the individual’s or family’s household income and number of family members living in the household.
How many counseling sessions should I expect to have?
Together, you and your counselor will decide the estimated number of counseling sessions. That may range from one session to several counseling sessions over several weeks or months.
Can I get an evening appointment?
Evening counseling appointments are available at our Mankato, Owatonna and Rochester locations.
