
Mary was born and raised in Mankato, in a big family of seven. She attended all 12 years at the Catholic School in Mankato.
Mary and her sweetheart, Marty, will be married 40 years this September. They have three adult children; her joy is her five beautiful grandchildren – one on the way in June!

Mary loves working in the Active Aging Program because she likes helping improve her clients’ lives.
Mary likes to ride her bike on trails in the area and to be with my children & grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, and her favorite thing to make is soup – she eats it all year long! Mary and her husband also enjoy playing cards with other couples, especially Pfeffer!

Mary’s “happy place”
We rent a house on East Battle Lake and spend one week there every summer with all of our children & grandchildren. That is my happy place!
Fun Fact
In my twenties/early thirties, I was a buyer for Brett’s Department Store and spent 10 weeks a year in New York.
