Patrick is a born and raised Winonan.

He graduated from Cotter High School in 2017 and earned a BA in Political Science from Hamline University in St. Paul. During his junior year at Hamline, he volunteered with the Minnesota Coalition for Homeless for their Homeless Day on the Hill. That's where he found his passion for his current work with the Housing Program.

He started at Catholic Charities in 2021 as a Shelter Advocate at the Winona Community Day Center before moving into his current role as Community Engagement Supervisor. He works with volunteers, coordinates donations, and is the face you'll often see talking to the media about the Housing Program.

"I think we have some of the most unique and impactful programming around," Patrick says. "I enjoy spending time with our guests, watching our advocates and supervisors at work, and sharing that story and its importance with the community."

Patrick enjoys pub trivia at Island City Brewing Company, live music, cooking dinner for friends, playing video games, and watching or playing soccer. He also loves plants – his office is filled with them!
