Who can refer to the Guardian/Conservatorship program?

Referrals can be made by any concerned person and may include social workers, family members, physicians, attorneys, or any other professional. The Catholic Charities Guardian/Conservator Program welcomes calls from anyone who may have questions or concerns regarding the appointment of a Guardian or Conservator.

Catholic Charities’ Guardianship and/or Conservatorship services are open to adults over the age of 18 regardless of faith, race, gender, disability, or income.
