The Winona Community Warming Center is located in the basement of The Edge Church in downtown Winona. If you would like to know more about the center, to donate, or to volunteer please do not call the church. The Warming Center is a program of Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota, and the Coordinator’s contact information is below.
